Direct Service: you will be assigned a specific collection day depending on your needs and the volume of green waste that you generate as a business.
Wholesaler Service: collections happens on your regular Hoek flowers delivery days - typically once or twice a week depending on your order frequency.
We operate a nationwide collection service through our Direct Collection service and our Wholesaler Collection partnership with Hoek flowers.

Yes. The Wholesale Collection COM:POST service is exclusively available to Hoek flowers’ customers in the UK.
We operate a flexible pay-as-you-go service - no long-term commitments.
