Sales Support & Administration Executive (Part Time)
Location: London & Home Counties
Hours: Two (increasing to three) fixed days per week
Shift length: 6 hours (typically 9am - 3pm)

As demand grows, we’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Support & Admin Executive to support our Commercial Director and ensure every new enquiry and customer is handled seamlessly.
The Role
This is a key support role at the heart of our commercial activity. You’ll manage incoming leads, support onboarding, and ensure no opportunity is missed.
You’ll be the bridge between sales, operations, and customer experience — helping turn interest into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
• Log and manage all leads within internal systems
• Book calls and meetings for the Commercial Director
• Prepare and send sales materials, proposals, and follow-up communications
Customer Onboarding
• Guide new customers through the onboarding process
• Issue agreements and ensure completion
• Coordinate Direct Debit setup (GoCardless)
• Arrange trial packs and bag deliveries
• Confirm collection schedules with operations team
Administration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
• Track sales pipeline and report on lead progress
• Support monthly invoicing and customer communications where needed
• Assist with sending accreditation packs and sustainability materials
• Ensure all customer touchpoints are consistent and professional
Customer Experience
• Act as a friendly, responsive point of contact for new customers
• Check in with new customers after onboarding
• Flag any issues or opportunities to the wider team
About You
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and confident following up leads
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience in sales support, admin, or customer service
• Tech-savvy (comfortable with CRM systems, email platforms, spreadsheets)
• Interest in sustainability or the floristry/events industry is a bonus
